About Umami Ramen House

Thank you for visiting our website. Umami Ramen House was established in 2020 by Chef Lu. His concept is to serve fresh authentic Japanese Ramen in a contemporary casual dinning environment. Umami Ramen broth is made from scratch with pork bones, which cooks over high heat for 10 to 12 hours daily. This process will unlock the flavors held in the pork bones into the broth. This process of broth making gives the soup base a rich and creamy taste.

Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

The atmosphere was awesome! I really loved the music they were playing. The food was absolutely delicious. I tried the Killer Ramen Bowl and the Tan Yang Karaage. Both were very good the spice was just right. I also got to try Dai Fu Mochi for the first time. Very interesting treat 😊. I Will definitely be back , I loved it here for my a first experience.

Walked into Umami Ramen House not expecting much… walked out feeling like I just went 10 rounds with the best ramen in El Paso πŸ”₯ Broth? Rich, deep, and hits like it’s been perfected over yearsβ€”not watered down, not playing it safe. Noodles cooked exactly how they should be, no shortcuts. Every bite actually means something. You can tell they care about what they’re putting out. The vibe inside is clean tooβ€”those lanterns and the whole setup give it that real-deal feel, not some copy-paste spot. Service was on point, no weird waits, no attitudeβ€”just solid. 84% rating? Honestly feels low after eating here. If you’re anywhere near this place and skip it, that’s on you.

Umami Ramen had delicious food. However, service was lacking. Our server check on us once, our water was never refilled and we had to walk up to him to ask for to go containers and the check. He was to busy con his phone with his coworker. Bathrooms were also unkempt.

All around top notch place. Server was good, very helpful. Atmosphere is great, cherry blossoms and lanterns all over the place. The food was excellent! We had spicy calamari and fried dumplings to start, tasty as hell. Then we had three different types of ramen, mine was the spicy beef, the meat was buttery tender, definitely going back
